I grew up traveling the world, mostly through Asia and the Middle East, which gave me a very unique perspective. I have enjoyed capturing light, shapes and patterns since I was very young. At the age of nineteen I came to live in my home country Switzerland for the first time and started pursuing art and photography.

'Märli-Paint' explores the various atmospheres in my local forest throughout multiple seasons. Using my camera as a paintbrush, I capture moods and patterns. I play with light and use objects I find as filters to break the light before it enters the camera, which creates a mystical effect.
