Who are we when we are not ourselves? Occasionally, something moves in our peripheral vision, a tenuous shift or movement that prompts us to search for a manifest cause, a confirmation that something has indeed happened. This groping, or quest for a digestible manifestation for our mind, can lead us, for one step too many, through a veil; that of a far too firm certainty as to what is, or what is not. Perhaps, if we turn our gaze quickly enough, the world will not have been able to recompose itself in time. If we linger a little in this breach, then it may be that these worlds we know nothing about will open up to us.
