Tatiana Kuzyk was born in Poland where, during her adolescence, she had witnessed post-communist upheaval and rapid shifts in popular culture as the East was beginning to embrace the West. In her early adulthood, she moved to the United States where she started her early experimental visual art practice. After building up a sizeable body of work of paintings and collages, in 2008 she began showing her artworks in solo and group exhibitions within the Chicago metropolitan area. In 2011 Tatiana moved to Switzerland and started pursuing photography as an art form and profession. She currently studies at ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) and continues her art and photography practice. Since 2016, Tatiana's collages and photography prints have been purchased by art collectors in Europe and USA. Tatiana's work has been informed by her cross-cultural life experiences on two continents as well as personal introspection. She lives in Bern.
