From Here till There and Back Again I like to observe what is around me, until I catch the right moment. I can photograph either the nature, the architecture, special lights or shadows and of course the people around me, like my kids. Kids are lot of fun to photograph. They have these moments of spontaneity that we, as adults, forget to have very often. The pictures are shots of different travels I made, from Munich to Paris. But also from my everyday life with my family. As teacher, I had the chance to have Jean-Philippe Charbonnier (Rapho Agency). He was a family friend. He always gave me tips on how to take pictures, use the right angle, the light and to observe what is around us. He was always mixing stories with jokes at the same time... and out of the blue, ask you to stop talking and took a picture of you. Just like that. He was what we call now a street photographer, observing scenes from the everyday life, and putting every kind of people into his pictures. He never left his flat without his camera, even for throwing out his garbage!
