Art on Salt Twilight and dawn are always fascinating, and become uniquely magnificent at the salt plains of Uyuni – already half way into the sky at 3’656m altitude (Bolivian Andes). The crystal clear dry air and the perfect mirror of the thin water layer take us to a different dimension. With a little help from the weather, the sky and the mountains paint an incredible canvas on which the subjects float in-between.
