This notice follows the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). For visitors from the EU we apply the same principles; requests for access, correction, and deletion are handled the same way.

Purposes of processing

• Contract handling: course bookings and print orders, including receipts kept for 10 years.
• Account management: booking/order history, saved list, linked devices.
• Operating and securing the website.

Customer account and cookies

Login uses a magic link (Supabase Auth). The "pi-auth" cookie on .photointernational.com keeps you signed in. During the preview phase, the "site_access" cookie stores an access PIN.

Saved list and likes

The saved list and likes use a pseudonymous device identifier stored in your browser (localStorage). On sign-in, it is linked to your account. You can delete it from your account.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics: cookieless, no personal data collected.

Payments

Payments are processed via zahls.ch (Payrexx). Card details are captured only by the payment provider, never by us.

Email delivery

We use Resend to send transactional emails.

Hosting and other service providers

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication), Cloudflare (DNS, video streaming), and Amazon S3 (eu-central-1 region). Some data processing takes place outside Switzerland and the EU; we ensure appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, and deletion of your data. You can delete your account yourself via "Delete account" in your account; for anything else, reach us at info@photointernational.com.

No marketing

We send no newsletter, no advertising, and never sell data to third parties.
