My Name is Melissa Sara Holliger and for the past eight years I have been photographing mainly people in my environment and those who cross my path of living. As I am counting 21 years of living my life to the fullest, I am right in the beginning of my career. Since 2019 I only focus on analogue Photography, appreciating the snapshot in it, because this one moment, will never come back again and that's what makes it so unique. My camera is my constant companion that allows me to capture every extraordinary situation on my journey.

Next to documenting the rave scenes in cities like Zurich, Paris or more recently Berlin, another central theme that I have been dealing with for some time is feminism. Expressive women have always fascinated me and with my photography I want to highlight exactly the strenght of femininity. Provocative Women who step out the line are the favourite victim of my camera lens. Because nothing is stronger than the eye contact of a woman who knows exactly what she can achieve and do with it to dominate the world around her.
