I was born in Thurgau and raised in a Tamil culture that lost a lot through war and still carried so much forward. Today, I photograph what lives between generations: rituals, glances, gestures. I'm interested in what remains of war and culture, and how something of our own can emerge from it in the diaspora. Not black or white, but layered, searching, grounded.

Two series about the body, myth, and memory. Devadasi explores ritual movement, identity, and the legacy of a nearly vanished tradition. It approaches an old ritual through gesture and presence. Theertham documents a temple ceremony in Glattbrugg. I'm interested in what remains between origin and the present, between collective memory and personal perspective.
